I have spent the majority of my career in the recruitment industry, inearly 20 years. I have a very thorough understanding of what it entails and its ups and downs. I have ran and set up many desks in different sectors, such as finance and HR and managed teams as well as spending the last 10 years training and developing recruitment professionals. I started out in High Street recruitment, moving to more specialist firms and have worked on perm and contract desks.

I love being in personal development and continue to learn about psychology related matters, such as different therapies, counselling and philosophy.
I also love doing yoga, acro yoga, which is two people balancing on one another and gymnastics.
I have a 1yr old daughter and I am fascinated and amazed by watching her grow and how she develops.
