• Designed and led a Community of Practice for Line Managers to enhance People Mangt skills, specifically in Perf. and Change Managt.
• Designed an Induction Prog.for new starters covering staff in Europe/ US ensuring the plan is a robust and seamless process that accelerated the learners speed to proficiency.
