I specialise as an Employer Engagement Adviser providing information, advice and guidance to employers on Apprenticeship Programmes, Traineeships and Work Experience opportunities.

We provide:-

- Free and impartial advice to help you meet your recruitment and business development needs through Apprentices.
- Support to identify Apprenticeship opportunities within your business.
- Access to Apprenticeship training and grant funding.

Our training company ATT is a quality assured OFSTED Grade 2 rated good training provider. Apprenticeships currently being delivered by ATT Assessors includes Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading, Management, Health and Social Care, and Retail. These include both intermediate and advanced level

Our GAPs programme is a great way for young students to start their career or gain entry requirements for further education. Our learners attend 3 days a week classroom learning, and undertake work placements for up to 2 days per week. I work closely with local and national businesses to source suitable work placements. We provide a personalised learning plan for each participant which includes Maths and English, and opportunities to gain vocational Level 2 qualifications in Customer Service, Retail and Hospitality and Catering.

As a National Careers Service Careers Adviser. I also support job seekers and facilitate CV and Interview Skills Workshops. Each participant has an opportunity to work on individual Skills Action Plans, and many job seekers have successfully gained employment.

My role as a Personal Advisor is to support individuals who are at risk of redundancy, and job seekers who are currently unemployed but are committed to finding long term employment.

★ Workshops focusing on self esteem and self confidence, motivation and teamwork.

★ Employability skills training to help with CV writing, interview techniques, job search support and completing application forms to enhance an individuals prospects of sustained employment.

We provide a range of training courses in the East of England to help businesses and individuals reach their potential.
