Kay Barnes
Qualified HR and Recruitment Tutor
IOR
Tutor
Aldbourne | United Kingdom
Status: Employed
My career path to date has been extremely varied and this has enabled me to develop my skills and business acumen both as a manager and individual contributor. Initially a language graduate, I spent several years in Germany working in Translation and Market Research. On my return to the UK I joined a multi national company during which time I worked within Technical Support, Business Operations and Human Resources before moving away from the Corporate world to join a niche IT Consultancy with responsibility for the Sales and Delivery team. I have recently left to start my own business.
Over the years I have focussed on developing my ability to coach and mentor individuals, build teams and create strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. I have been lucky enough to have expert guidance along the way and therefore welcome the opportunity to become an IOR tutor. View More >
