Absence Management and Labour Turnover
Jan 05Sep 10
Working in the HR team i was solely responsible for the management and implementation of the store Absence procedures.

This included carrying out and supporting management in return to work procedures and ensuring absence records were continually updated to avoid discrepancies.

I was therefore continually responsible for sensitive private and confidential data. Furthermore i was regularly in contact with organisational health teams and participated and took notes in grievance and disciplinary hearings.

Furthermore I carried out departmental absence audits and labour turnover audits to ensure adequate paper trails existed.

In my time here I helped to create an implement a new absence management procedure, which helped to reduce absence by 50% across the store.

I also carried out HR admin duties throughout.

Attention to detail, time management, communication and HR advisory skills were the skills I possessed and implemented for this role.
