I am Alison Mannell Temple and I have been working in the recruitment and employment industry for over 25 years.
During this time, I have not only successfully built-up contract and permanent recruitment desks from scratch, managing up to 320 contractors at any one time, but I also have helped other recruiters to maximise their performance and set up their own recruitment consultancies and grow their businesses.
I am passionate about the recruitment industry and improving its reputation. Being a member of the British Institute of Recruiters, a BIOR Certified Recruiter, a Fellow member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and a Professional recruitment qualification, has given me credibility and respect with my clients and candidates.
I also have studied Business and qualified at Masters level and am a qualified Personal Performance Coach.
